upload_max_filesize 2M is not enough. Suggest to increase to 8M by default

I suggest raising the upload_max_filesize to the default of 8M because there are many common premium plugins (for example Elementor Pro for WordPress) that weigh more than this and each time you have to access and change the value from 2M to 8M
