Due to changes in how the mailing works in shared servers, we need to manually create SMTP for each WordPress site in order for the emails the WordPress sends to work.
It would be nice to have a quick automatic way to do so.

For example automatically create wordpress@websitedomain.com
and then in the WordPress, auto fill the credentials in a SMTP plugin.

Why won't these decisions benefit Brixly? Because it's not just a hosting company like everyone knows. Brixly's main clients are resellers. By hindering resellers from doing business, Brixly will sooner or later create a new competitor with even better tools. I see that many here have complained about this, but obviously they don't want to do anything about it. There are no technical reasons.Everywhere on Google, links lead to them and more. That's why their monitoring service and documentation are the reasons.1. All users can find brixly.uk in SpamExperts destination addresses. Every user who opens the SpamExperts page sees this. Some providers also uses this, does not show main domain like you. Also I looked into spamexperts, it's very easy to do, but you don't want to.2. In Google you can find a large number of links from hostns to Brixly, directly. Other big resellers doesn't do this. There are plenty of other server monitoring solutions. That's no reason to hinder your clients' work, or you can to change your business model (stop focusing on resellers).3. As on comparing Brixly Prices with Namecheap, GoDaddy Hostinger. Prices are so high that we cannot even earn from it. Even we sell domain at no profit no loss cx still don't give a second thought. Also PDR Registry usually sell WHOIS data of customers in India if we don't opt for privacy protection, Brixly can tie-up with other reg say namesilo/cosmotown etc to lower prices.

It would be a great addition to be able to purge all client LiteSpeed caches from a central location. This would be particularly useful if using a tool such as MainWP to update a plugin across all client sites. Although the MainWP tool says it purges LiteSpeed caches after update, sometimes this is hit and miss, so the ability to issue a cache purge centrally within Brixly would enable a belt-and-braces approach to ensure websites are served with new cached files.

SpamExperts is much better than Mailscanner in my Opinion. Is it possible to have a Server with SpamExperts enabled for us to migrate to if we would like to do so? I would be willing to pay more for this service.

It would be a nice feature to be able to resell various licences from the reseller module.

Example - cPanel, DirectAdmin, WHMCS licences.

This would allow resellers to offer the sale of these items to customers purchasing reseller plans or VPS instead of using another company to purchase the items.

Can resellers copy and rebrand(Brixly to the reseller business name) Brixly Terms and Conditions? And use it on their website? As Brixly Terms and Conditions cut across both the reseller and their customers. Or alternatively can you provide a whitelabel T&amp;T for resellers?

Hi there.
Since the Migration Center theoretically used to do full cPanel backups on the remote host, and then imports this full backup file to destination server, and then performing the restoration, maybe it could also useful if it allows direct importing of full cPanel backup files by uploading them from local PC as well (i.e: no connection needs to be made to a remote cPanel host).
This is useful in cases where an account that needs to be imported is not currently active on another cPanel server, but instead a full backup file was generated for it in a previous time and is currently stored locally in PC.
P.S: uploading backups files could also be made available via URL, not just from local PC (like Plesk File Manager, it has an option that allows uploading files from URLs).

it would be easier for product pricing and features to be visible with out having to click the $ icon and going to each service to check out the features.
Also adding currency converter is very helpful.
Adding a margin tool to add % on top of to main price will also make it blazing fast for new resellers to setup there stores.

This is a big one, but I think it would be nice to offer a premium reseller plan. That puts them on a less busy server with extra resources. There would probably need to be limitations on how many accounts the reseller can sell but still.

Hello team at Brixly, some time ago i reported the fact that performing any whois or dig for DNS records the "alerting@brixly.uk" address appears (feedback.brixly.uk/front/iframe/bug-reports/please-hide-brixlyuk-from-dns-records/). Yesterday a client of mine made a dig trying to fix a problem with his Facebook's Pixel code (a text record related issue) and guess what... Client saw the Brixly record and asked me how they are. So please use a more generic white label contact info for the SOA.

Dear New Management, The previous emails setup was working quite well. I personally had very few issues and once I onboarded my customers into SpamExperts, they were quite happy.Now in the past few days - since you decided to remove both Mailchannels and SpamExpert I am dealing with more complaints and issues than I have had in the entire time I have been with Brixly.As no information was provided about the ‘new better system’ I have been scraping the internet to find out about Mailscanner, having only found out it was the new default by jumping into cPanel. Not a great experience.I am sure that moving to a free open source system is much more cost-effective than paying for SpamExperts - and if it works, and suitable levels of documentation and customisation is provided then I have no issue. But that doesn’t seem to be the case so far.The loss of Mailchannels is proving to be a serious issue, for me at least. I have clients who are almost unable to operate as the server IP I am on is on multiple block lists and blacklists and has been completely barred by Microsoft - meaning no emails to anyone or any business on 365. I would love to know what Mailchannels has been replaced with? In your own words from the brief note in the changelog ‘We’re moving to a new solution which will provide better email delivery rates and higher reliability’ - is the new solution no solution at all? Just send email from the server? Sadly, neither of these promises seems to have come through - but maybe these are interim issues, or teething problems? I don’t know as we haven’t had any information.This isn’t a great start. Can I ask that you communicate with your customer base, let us know what is happening, as Brixly has done so well in the past.As things stand, I am sure I am not the only one wondering if this is setting the tone for how things might continue to go from here.

We are considering releasing email hosting within the next few months, which would include the following...

- Inbound SPAM protection by MailChannels
- Outbound SMTP Relays via MailChannels
- Increased sending limits
- CrossBox
- Shared Calendar Capability 

The reason behind this, is that we do see demand for larger capacity mailbox storage where clients are unable to pay on a 'per mailbox' basis, and therefore our pricing model would be based on overall storage consumption as opposed to a per-mailbox quota. 

In terms of storage, we would be looking at offering anything from 10GB total, to 250GB total mailbox storage volume.

For any of you interested in this service, can you let us know what would be expected in terms of pricing, quotas, features etc?

It will be really nice if you could give resellers the ability to change the domain of their child accounts so we will not have to wait on tickets for the domain change. There are customers who do not want to wait long for domain changes, so this would really help if implemented.
