Standalone AI chat for hosting issues and insight if not submitting a ticket

It would be nice if there could be a AI Chat function for Resellers, which operates loosely like ChatGPT which has the knowledgebase and extra info at hand. We can then chat and strategise with the AI chat to find quick solutions or plan services or even overcome issues, without having to go through the ticket submission route.
