Invoices page - extra / sticky columns

On the My Invoices page I would like to see:

1. When you sort by a column, that selection is 'sticky' as you go in and out of invoices - i.e. when you go into an invoice, then go 'back' to the my invoices page, the sort order is not reset and you have to re-sort again

2. on the My Invoices page it would be helpful to have the columns "Paid Date" and "Payment Method" so you can more easily match invoices to payments in accounting systems
