Allow usage of mysqldump

Using mysqldump command as a reseller currently results in the following error: mysqldump: Can't read dir of '/etc/mysql/releem.conf.d' (Errcode: 2 "No such file or directory")

However, this used to work in the past. Why was it removed? I use it in a local/staging/production automated workflow. Would be very nice to get it back :)
