Allow adjustment of domain expiry warning

At the moment, a warning is displayed on dashboard and emails are sent to remind one that domains are due for expiry even when set to auto-renew within 45 days. It should show which domain(s) if it is to be useful. Can it be changed so that users can control the number of days and if set to zero remove them altogether. Alternatively, have a 'don't show me again for this domain' option.
