Domain registrant and brixly emails

Hi brixly team and all. Using the Reseller for clients and domains are obviously registered with brixly. Now I have been made aware that my clients are getting emails directly from brixly for domain management to verify contact information for a .com transfer exposing brixly as out host essentially.

Obviously if you dig deep enough you can find some information mainly the new enix being the whois lookup Registrar: Enix Ltd [Tag = CLOUDNS] but I find it a little concerning emailing directly our clients who don't know who brixly are and asking if spam or if need to action this.

Is there any solutions that can be looked into here to go through the Reseller for this information to be sent to the client some how.
