On October 1st, 2023 we will be migrating all remaining Plesk hosting accounts over to cPanel. After careful consideration, we have decided to sunset Plesk and consolidate our focus and resources on cPanel moving forward.

Here's what you need to know about this transition:

• Migration Date: October 1st, 2023

• Impacted Customers: Less than 0.5% of customers still on Plesk. Majority use cPanel already.

• Reason for Change: Focusing on cPanel only allows us to provide more reliable hosting and better support. Plesk has been unreliable and buggy.

• Benefits of cPanel: More intuitive interface, better performance, improved security features.

• Migration Process: Our technical team will migrate accounts with minimal downtime. All data will be transferred over.

• Pricing Changes: Some adjustments may occur to align with cPanel rates. We will match current plans as closely as possible.

• Satisfaction Guarantee: If unhappy after migrating to cPanel, we will issue prorated refunds, no questions asked.
