Provide the ability to unblock an IP address from the client area
Great news, this has now been released, and will be added to our changelog shortly!
The development has been done in-house, so any suggestions welcome!
The interface is intentionally simple, basically allowing you to whitelist an IP address with a provided reason. Once done, we use the BitNinja API to whitelist the IP address which takes place instantly.
We have limited the number of whitelist requests to 10 per client.

Just a quick update all, the development of this is underway and will be complete hopefully by the weekend (assuming I find some time at some point tomorrow to finish the development!)
We are thinking of limiting each client to only 10 IP address whitelists to prevent abuse of the facility - what are your thoughts?
API hooks and integration already complete, we just need to finalise a few changes before pushing this live :)

I am marking this to planned, as we had previously started some development work on getting this added, then hit a snag in relation to the BitNinja API.
The API doesn't support greylist management, which would be required to de-list IP's from the greylist.
Technically speaking, greylist removal should take place by the customer which is done via the 'captcha' interface in the browser.
However, whilst this works in 99% of cases, I am aware that some users are unable to get past the 'captcha' interface.
In that case, one option is for us to provide a 'whitelist' interface so that an IP address is whitelisted on request. However, we wouldn't be able to offer unrestricted access to whitelisting IP's for security reasons.
One option, would be for us to limit your own 'whitelist' list to say, 10 IP addresses?
What are your thoughts?
